Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley structure wherein rotational fluctuation caused in a rotor can be promptly damped without using a rubber elastic body. SOLUTION: The pulley structure 1 includes a pulley 2 around which a belt 106 is wrapped, a hub 3 capable of rotating relatively to the pulley 2, an annular magnetic body 20 comprising six first magnets 17 provided in the pulley 2, and an annular magnetic body 21 which is provided opposite to the six first-magnets 17 in the hub 3 and comprises six second-magnets 18.
