Measurement by the gas detectors 4, inclinometers 5 and level meters is continuously performed at the same time and relationship among the position of the piston 3 in the vertical direction, the inclination direction and the inclination amount of the piston 3 and a leakage amount of the gas is obtained. The deformation position and the deformation condition of the side plate 2a are specified based on the relationship during operation.
