Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal barrier coating layer which has sufficient thermal barrier property and durability even under a high-temperature environment, and is hardly peeled from a heat-resistant alloy base material as an object to be coated, a turbine member, and a method for forming the thermal barrier coating layer. SOLUTION: The thermal barrier coating layer 10 formed on a heat-resistant alloy base material 11 comprises a metal bonding layer 13 formed on the heat-resistant alloy base material 11 as an undercoat, and a ceramic layer 15 formed on the metal bonding layer 13 as a top coat. In the ceramic layer 15, the heat-resistant alloy base material 11 side forms a vertically divided area 16 in which vertical divisions 16A extending in the thickness direction of the ceramic layer are dispersed in the surface layer, and is gradually shifted from the vertically divided area 16 to a porous area 18 in which fine pores 18A are dispersed toward the surface.
