Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the control device of a hybrid car for achieving gear shift control suppressing a gear shift shock by securing feedback control precisely following up target input revolving speed characteristics even when receiving such an influence that a motor operation range is restricted in gear shift by an automatic transmission. SOLUTION: There is disclosed the control device of an FR hybrid car configured by loading an automatic transmission AT at the downstream position of a drive source having an engine Eng and a motor generator MG to make feedback control of the revolving speed of the motor generator MG so that set target input revolving speed characteristics are followed up by actual input revolving speed in gear shift by an automatic transmission AT. When the assist state of the motor generator MG is power running or regeneration at the time of feedback control of the transmission input revolving speed, a transmission input revolving speed control means (Fig.6) restricts power running or regeneration by the motor generator MG, and compensates the restricted assist torque by engine torque from the engine Eng.
