Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a change of the difficulty of workability depending on the remaining number of film-like cover members, to increase and decrease the takeout number of the film-like cover members easily, and to increase a degree of freedom of work. SOLUTION: In a method for preventing the rust of a brake rotor in which, after a tire assembly 1 including an aluminum wheel 3 and a tire 5 is mounted to a hub of an axle, a water-proof film 7 is adhered to the tire assembly 1 by releasable adhesion to cover openings 3a of the aluminum wheel 3; a plurality of sheets of the water-proof film 7 are laid in series beforehand to constitute a roll-like aggregate 11 wound round in a spiral shape, the proper number of the sheets of the water-proof film 7 are taken out one by one by unwinding the roll-like aggregate 11 from the end, and the taken-out water-proof film 7 is adhered to the aluminum wheel 3 of the tire assembly 1.
