Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid treating apparatus which treats a fluid efficiently by bringing the fluid to an excited state with activated molecular motion in a molecular motion promoting portion and irradiating the fluid with α rays radiated by an α-ray radiator 2 and allows fabrication with a simple and inexpensive configuration. SOLUTION: In the fluid treating apparatus 1, the α-ray radiator 2 equipped with an α-radiating material radiating α rays is arranged in a frame 4 whose inside space serves as a passage for a fluid from an inlet 14 to an outlet 16, and a fluid is treated by irradiating with α rays to ionize. The molecular motion promoting portion 3 activating molecular motion of the fluid is arranged in the frame 4. The molecular motion of the fluid is activated by the molecular motion promoting portion 3, and then the fluid is treated by irradiating with α rays. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
