LAMINATE, LITHIUM ION CAPACITOR, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LITHIUM ION CAPACITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion capacitor which is superior in mass productivity, and allows the lithium ion to be easily occluded in a negative electrode, in advance. SOLUTION: A laminate 20 includes a tab formation part having a tab 20a formed on one side along a lengthwise direction, two copper foils W3 disposed adjacently to the tab formation part and having a hole formation part with a number of through-holes, and a thin tabular metal lithium W5 held between the copper foils W3 in contact with respective hole formation parts. The tab 20a is joined to a negative electrode collector ring and is electrically connected to the negative electrode collector ring. When the lithium ion capacitor is left for a prescribed time, lithium ions are occluded in a negative electrode active material of the lithium ion capacitor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
