Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor single element and a capacitor module, which have superior water resistance and are made compact and lightweight. SOLUTION: The capacitor single element 2 includes: a metallized film 21 formed by winding a dielectric film 213 while a positive electrode layer 211 and a negative electrode layer 212 are formed opposite each other with the dielectric film 213 interposed; a pair of electrode portions 22 comprising a positive electrode portion 221 coming into contact with the positive electrode layer 211 at a winding end portion 210a which is one of a pair of winding end portions 210, and a negative electrode portion 222 coming into contact with the negative electrode layer 212 at the other winding end portion 210b; and a pair of terminal portions 23 comprising a positive electrode terminal portion 231 electrically connected to a positive electrode power source and a negative electrode terminal portion 232 electrically connected to a negative electrode power source. A positive electrode external surface 221a and a negative electrode external surface 222b are covered with a humidity-proof film 24, obtained by making a plastic film humidity-proof in a whole area except a part in which at least the terminal portions 23 are arranged.
