ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE SHIELDED CONNECTOR, AND SEMICONDUCTOR MODULE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielded connector in which the number of parts can be reduced, and to provide a semiconductor module that uses the connector. SOLUTION: There are provided an electromagnetic wave shielded shell 53, that has a through-hole 58 through which an electric wire 51, is inserted at one end part and that has an aperture 59 fixed to an aperture 15 of a connected body 11, having a terminal 16 that is an object to be fastened by the electric wire on the other end part, and an electromagnetic wave shielded member 56, which surrounds the outer face of the electric wire and in which at least its one end part has flexibility in the axial direction of the electric wire and the one end part is fixed to one end part of the electromagnetic wave shielded shell.
