RECORDING TABLE ALSO AS THOUGHT/ACTION TIME CALCULATION SHEET AND VISUALIZATION GRAPH FOR MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, in order to lead the whole company activity to success, it is necessary to raise consciousness of all members, though it is always conscious, since large mental power is required, psychology for avoiding enhancement of consciousness works, motivation and pleasure which excel the psychology is required for success, in addition, though process management is important in order to grasp progress, the process management is not performed so far, efforts of affiliate members are not visualized as numeric values, results are covered up for evaluating only results, and motivation may be reduced. SOLUTION: A method roots consciousness of the whole company activity to all company members by making them, whenever they recollect/act the whole company activity, record recollection/action as recollection/action time and repeating recording, the processing management becomes possible by creating a recollection degree graph and an action time graph based on recollection degree data and action time data, the motivation to the whole company activity is raised by creating graphs of individual affiliate members to promote the whole company activity.
