SECURITY SYSTEM FOR BUILDING AND BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably exert deterrent power against the intrusion of a suspicious person from a roof top to the inside of a building. SOLUTION: A housing 10 is provided with a first floor section 11, a second floor section 12 and a roof section 13. A balcony 15 is installed in the second floor section 12. The balcony 15 is arranged below an eaves 13a in the roof section 13. In the second floor section 12, window sections 43a to 43c are installed on an outer wall separating the balcony 15 from the second floor living room. Sash doors are installed in the window sections 43a to 43c, and locking devices are installed in the sash doors. An eaves load sensor is installed in the eaves 13a, and the balcony load sensor is installed in the floor section of the balcony 15. When a person is detected in the eaves 13a by the eaves load sensor, the home server locks the window section at the lower part of the location among the window sections 43a to 43c, and when the person is detected in the balcony 15 by the balcony load sensor, all the window sections are locked.
