Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for generating secondarily usable data holding layout information of the output result of an overlay business form. SOLUTION: A cell definition information generation processing part 11 generates format cell definition information 21 and overlay definition information 23 deciding column width and line height showing the arrangement of the items of business forms and overlay from format definition information 31 and overlay definition information 33. A cell output part 151 merges the column width and line height of the two generated cell definition information 21 and 23, and calculates the column width and line height of the cells corresponding to the layout positions of the items and overlay, and sets the calculated column width and line height, and generates/outputs a spreadsheet 41 specifying the cells corresponding to the items or overlay.
