Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing member for certainly preventing toner leakage. SOLUTION: The sealing members 51 for preventing toner leakage from both ends in an axial direction of a developing roller 21 are placed on both ends of the developing roller 21. The sealing member 51 includes a base board 510 and a felt. The base board 510 includes: a bottom side 515 including a strip of board having a pair of first sides along with the cylinder of the developing roller and a pair of second sides parallel to the axial direction of the developing roller, the strip of board forming an arc; first sidewalls 516 and 517 turned upward at first ends including a pair of the first side of the bottom side; and second sidewalls 518 and 519 turned upward at second ends including a pair of the second sides.
