Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device which improves the efficiency in sending a lubricating oil to an oil receiver when the rotation speed of a rotation member is low. SOLUTION: The power transmission device 100 includes a first rotation member 39 and the oil receiver 50 arranged above the first rotation member. An inlet 52 of the lubricating oil pumped from a storage part 29 by the rotation of the first rotation member is formed in the upper part of the oil receiver. The device also includes a second rotation member 46 which is arranged above the first rotation member and below the oil receiver, and which rotates in the same direction as the first rotation member. A wall part 51 radially opposed to the second rotation member in the oil receiver is divided into a first wall part 57 on the upstream side in the flow direction of the lubricating oil, and a second wall part 56 on the downstream side of the first wall part. The lubricating oil, which reaches the second rotation member being pumped by the first rotation member, and which is pumped by the second rotation member, flows into the oil receiver through an opening 55 formed between the first wall part and second wall part.
