ANTI-THEFT DEVICE FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-theft device for a vehicle assuring high reliability even when an electrical lock mechanism is adopted for a lock mechanism of a steering system mechanism or a driving system mechanism. SOLUTION: This anti-theft device performing locking or unlocking by electrically driving the lock mechanism 1 of the steering system mechanism or the driving system mechanism, includes a first control means controlling the electrical drive of the lock mechanism 1, a second control means performing electrical communication with the first control means, and determining approval or disapproval of locking or unlocking by the mutual communication with the first control means, and a third control means controlling power supply necessary for the electrical drive of the lock mechanism 1 by the first control means.
