Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot press molding apparatus capable of uniformalizing the distribution of contact surface pressure applied on a base material and a viscous body cartridge. SOLUTION: A frame body 34 slidably moves to a bottom plate 33 side with the press of the base material (m). A viscous body is compressed by a transfer means 35 with the movement of the frame body 34 to produce uniform pressure inside the viscous body and then, each part of the transfer means 35 is uniformly pressed to the base material (m) by the viscous body. As a result, the distribution of contact surface pressure applied on the base material (m) from the transfer means 35 is made uniform without adding needless temperature or surface pressure to the base material (m).
