Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device which can cook stuffs to be cooked in a state of efficiently removing excessive oil while holding moisture, moreover, can raise the holding rate of an antioxidation matter such as vitamin C, and can cook the stuffs to be cooked while preventing the oxidization of the oil. SOLUTION: In the cooking device, a heating chamber K equipped with a mounting part 8 on which the stuffs Q to be cooked are mounted, a burner B for heating, which is prepared in the peripheral wall part of the heating chamber K and burns gas fuel, and an exhaust path R for combustion gas exhaust prepared so as to extend upwards from the back part or horizontal side part of the heating chamber K are formed, and a steam jet part M, which spouts steam formed by a steam creation means J to the stuffs Q to be cooked which are mounted on the mounting part 8, is prepared in a way that it is located on the inward side of the heating chamber K from the burner B.
