ARMATURE CORE, ARMATURE, AND AXIAL-GAP ROTATING ELECTRICAL MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armature core, which increases the torque output density by taking the interlinkage of magnetic flux largely, an armature, and an axial gap type rotating electrical machine. SOLUTION: The armature core is arranged along the face of a base, having an extension so as to expand its width, with the side of its tip, separated from the side of the base, jutting out. At least the core section, positioned on the side of its end, of the armature core has an extended bar which is shaped longer axially than other core section and is bent at roughly right angles to the direction of separating from the central side of the armature core.
