LIGHTING FIXTURE AND LIGHTING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install two adjacent lighting fixtures 2 on a T-bar 1 of a grid ceiling and a system ceiling without interference of an installing member 4; and to easily install the lighting fixture 2 without fixing with screws. SOLUTION: The lighting fixtures 2 has a first installation member 4-1 arranged outside a first face side of a fixture body and having a first projected section 5-1 installed on the T-bar 1, at least two second projected sections 5-2 arranged outside a second face side opposite to the first face of the fixture body and installed on the T-bar 1, and a second installation member 4-2 having a second recessed section 6-2 formed between two second projected sections 5-2. The first installation member 4-1 and the second installation member 4-2 are arranged so as to make the first projected section 5-1 (1) of the first installation member 4-1 and the second recessed section 6-2 of the second installation member 4-2 locate at a position where the first face and the second face are faced each other.
