Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch disk improving the clearness in clutch disengagement while improving operability of a half clutch during clutch engagement and suppressing generation of a judder. SOLUTION: A disk spring 51 which is an elastic member is clipped between a pair of facings 50 provided on an outer periphery of the clutch disk 10. The disk spring 51 is provided in a pre-compressed state by a predetermined amount from free height of the disk spring 51 to a direction along an input shaft of a transmission while keeping a cushioning characteristic required for forming the half clutch state.
