METHOD OF FORMING SURFACE LAYER OF PAVEMENT STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a surface layer of a pavement structure (a road or the like) made compatible in the reduction of a hardening time and the extension of a work life. SOLUTION: The method of forming the surface layer of the pavement structure by laying an elastic paving material using a cold setting resin as a binder includes a pretreatment process for mixing the elastic paving material while applying at least one means selected from a group comprising a heat shielding means, a cooling means and dehumidifying means to the elastic paving material, and/or a laying process including the work of applying at least one means selected from the group comprising the heat shielding means, the cooling means and the dehumidifying means to the surface layer of the pavement structure obtained by laying the elastic paving material.
