Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool system capable of stably receiving and delivering tools and suppressing the lowering of the machining accuracy of a workpiece and the occurrence of noise. SOLUTION: This machine tool system 10 includes a machining spindle 36 which allows tools T for machining the workpiece W to be attached thereto and detached therefrom and machines the desired portion of the workpiece W through a swing arm 32, main stockers 80a, 80b which hold the plurality of tools T attachable to and detachable from the machining spindle 36 and index the tools by the rotating operation, a sub stocker 100 for holding the tools T so as to be able to receive and deliver the tools between the main stockers 80a, 80b, and a tool receiving and delivering mechanism 140 for receiving and delivering the tools between the main stockers 80a, 80b and the sub stocker 100. The turning center C1 of the machining spindle 36, the rotating center C2 of the main stockers 80a, 80b, and the receiving and delivering position for the tools T between the sub stocker 100 and the tool receiving and delivering mechanism 140 are substantially positioned within the same vertical plane YZ.
