WASTE WATER TREATMENT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water treatment apparatus capable of more simply treating a non-decomposed organic material while keeping the removal performance of the organic material in waste water. SOLUTION: The waste water treatment apparatus 10A for decomposing the organic material 12 in the waste water 11 has: a reaction vessel 15, in which voids 13 are formed and zeolite 14 is charged, formed by adding cellulose into a zeolite raw material, molding them into a predetermined shape, and then firing the obtained molded body to remove the cellulose; and an ozone supply part 17 for introducing ozone 16 into the reaction vessel 15. The voids 13 of the zeolite 14 has larger pore volume than that of zeolite obtained by firing a molded body molded into a prescribed shape without adding the cellulose to the zeolite raw material and the ozone 16 and the organic material 12 adsorbed on the surface of the zeolite 14 are increased with the increase of the surface area of the zeolite 14 to accelerate the oxidation degradation reaction of the organic material 12 with ozone 16.
