Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input/output test system of a remote monitor control device, which enables an opposition test between a control station and a sub station by only a test person of the sub station. SOLUTION: A state change simulation signal outputted from a test device 23 of the substation 18 is transmitted to the control station 11 by remote monitor control devices 19, 14, processed by a monitor control server 13 of the control station 11, and displayed on a monitor control table 12. A general-purpose network circuit 27 transmits the processing result of the state change to the sub station 18. A simulation monitor control table 28 displays the state change which is received via the general-purpose network circuit 27, and processed by the monitor control server 13 of the control station 11.
