PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable all the telephone terminals to respond to all the receiving calls even under condition where telephone terminals with which communications through different signal classifications are made possible coexist. SOLUTION: With respect to a group of a telephone terminals 10-21 consisting of one or more telephone terminals 10-21 for connecting receiving calls, a key telephone set includes: an analysis section 41 for analyzing classification of the telephone terminals 10-21 belonging to the group; a storage section 42 for storing the analysis result of the analysis section 41; a determination section 43 for determining whether a response of the telephone terminals 10-21 is made possible, with respect to incoming calls based on the classification of the telephone terminals 10-21 stored by the storage section 42; and an incoming control section 44 for carrying out a predetermined control, based on the determination result of the determination section 43.
