Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor excellent in heat resistance without using transition metal salt as a dopant/oxidant. SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor equipped with a solid electrolyte made of a conductive polymer, the conductive polymer is formed by performing an oxidative polymerization reaction by bringing a monomer and a dopant material into contact with each other. Sulfonic acid alkylamine salt is used as the dopant material. By using this dopant material, a solid electrolytic capacitor having excellent property is produced even if ammonium salt is used as an oxidant. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
