Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and compact LED (Light Emitting Diode) light source for plant growth, which has sufficient durability even under a high-humidity condition where a liquid fertilizer necessary for plant growth is used by entirely sealing a light source substrate with a transparent moisture-proof film in a deaerated state. SOLUTION: The light source includes an electric wire distribution including an insulating layer having a plurality of openings and a conductor pattern, which is formed on a first surface of a first substrate; a plurality of bear chips of light emitting diodes fixed to the plurality of openings by a heat conductive die-bond resin; a control wire for supplying current and control signal from an external circuit; and a moisture-resistant and translucent composite film formed into a bag shape. The first substrate is housed in the composite film bag, the side not connected to a terminal part of the control wire is extended out of the composite film bag, and the composite film bag is internally deaerated and circumferentially sealed.
