BUILDING UNIT OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND BUILDING/EXECUTION METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit of a concrete structure and a building/execution method therefor which make possible the transition to the next process of construction without demolition, which make possible the manufacturing of a concrete structure at low cost and which is superior in durability. SOLUTION: The building unit of the concrete structure is formed by providing a pair of wall bodies W1, W2 upright on a foundation F, and performs the function of a concrete form by pouring concrete. Each of the wall bodies W1, W2 has a porous steel form panel 1, a runner 2, and a cap 3. Ribs of varying sizes are formed on the surface of the form panel 1, and the runner 2 is provided with an engagement groove which engages the lower end of the form panel 1. The cap 3 engages the top end of the form panel 1. A lower-part-fixing member 4 which is shaped like a long plate is hitched on and fixed to the lower surface of the runner 2, and ribs are provided at both ends of the lower-part-fixing member 4 so that the ribs become nearly orthogonal to the lower-part-fixing member 4. An upper-part-fixing member 5 which is shaped like a long plate provided with ribs at both ends of the cap 3 is hitched and fixed on the top surface of the cap 3, so that the upper-part-fixing member 5 becomes nearly orthogonal to the cap 3.
