Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube and squeezing instrument achieving significant cost reduction and high usability so that the tube itself can retain a rolled tail tip of the tube without using a special tube squeezing instrument independent from the tube. SOLUTION: The tube 1 is equipped with an exit 1A at the end and a sealing section 1C formed by flatly sealing the tail tip section 1B. A tube body 100 is provided with a mid trunk section 3A of a flexible board 3 provided on the sealing section 1C of the tail tip section with folding pieces 3B, 3C on both sides capable of being deformed with small force with a longitudinal direction A formed in a strip state being directed in a direction vertically crossing the longitudinal direction B of the tube 1.
