Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power semiconductor module further incorporated with a control function. SOLUTION: This power semiconductor module includes: a substrate; a plurality of mutually insulated conductor paths which are disposed on the substrate: a power semiconductor device disposed on the conductor paths; and a connection device. The connection device is composed of such a layer that at least two conductive layers and at least one electrical insulating layer are alternately continued to perform connection electrically matching with the power semiconductor device and/or conductor paths and/or a circuit of an external contact device. The conductive layer forms a connection path and has at least one transmitter, and since the transmitter is integrally formed, it is formed of a component part of the connection device. The transmitter is composed of at least one transmission coil and at least one reception coil. The coils are coaxially disposed with respect to each other, and have spiral windings.
