Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode sheet excelling in performance of internal resistance and the like and capable of keeping its excellent condition over a long time even if charge and discharge are repeated, and to provide a capacitor, in an electrode sheet for forming a polarizable electrode by applying a coating fluid containing an active material and the like to a surface of a collector such as metal foil and thereafter drying the coating fluid, and an electric double-layer capacitor and a lithium ion capacitor using the same. SOLUTION: As an organic solvent constituent of the coating fluid, N, N-dimethylformamide is used, the coating fluid is applied, thereafter the weight ratio of the N, N-dimethylformamide in a coating composition is reduced to be set ≤5 wt.% to form a polarizable sheet, and thereby this electrode sheet is provided. This electric double-layer capacitor and this lithium ion capacitor each using the electrode sheet are also provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
