PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for presenting a causal relation of a securities risk, which infers the causal relation of the risk or performance, and presents the causal relation to a customer, as to securities held by the customer. SOLUTION: When a risk vector is clicked, a server 11 prepares a description sentence for the causal relation about a state of a risk factor, by retrieving a risk-enterprise ontology database 135, a securities database 139, and an enterprise ontology 141, and displays the description sentence on a terminal 15 using a risk-performance causal relation presenting means 115, based on information specified by specifying icons 311-319 on the risk vector, and graphs showing performance progress and a risk amount progress, of stocks held by the customer 3 displayed by an individual stock information display means 113. When the performance progress graph and the risk amount progress graph are clicked, the server 11 prepares a description sentence for the causal relation between the performance and a generated event, in reference to an event-risk fluctuation database 137, and displays the description sentence on the terminal 15.
