Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strobe circuit having a compact circuit and using a light emitting diode. SOLUTION: The strobe circuit 1 includes a boosting circuit 2 boosting a voltage of a battery B, a switching circuit 3 supplying or cutting off a current from the battery B, an electric double layer capacitor 5 to be charged with a current from the switching circuit 3, a voltage monitoring circuit 4 monitoring a voltage charged in the electric double layer capacitor 5 and notifying shutoff to the switching circuit 3 at the completion of charging, light emitting diodes LED1 and LED2 to be turned on by the current from the electric double layer capacitor 5, and a constant current circuit 7 supplying the current from the electric double layer capacitor 5 to the light emitting diodes LED1 and LED2.
