ROCKING ROTATION TESTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking rotation testing device for carrying out both the durability test and performance test of mechanical components, or the like. SOLUTION: The rocking rotation testing device 1 has a constitution such that: driving parts (swing arm 10, a spindle 30) for rocking and rotating a fixture 50 that connects a test piece 2; resistance force measuring means (sensors 51, 52) for measuring the resistance force of the test piece 2, provided between the driving part (spindle 30) and the fixture 50; an elastic coupling means (rod 58) for connecting the fixture 50 for the driving part (spindle 30); a spherical bearing 35 for rotatably supporting the fixture 50 on the driving part (spindle 30); and a fixture surrounding wall 31 for surrounding the fixture 50. The rocking rotation testing device includes a relative displacement allowable gap 20 that allows relative displacement of the fixture 50 and the driving part (spindle 30), within a range in which the bending moment of the allowable value or more does not act on the resistance force measuring means (sensors 51, 52) between the fixture surrounding wall 31 and the fixture 50.
