Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically reduce cost of an adapter even when it is mounted to an air blowing duct having a circular cross section with different diameter, enhance versatility and flexible adaptability, facilitate mounting work and improve reliability. SOLUTION: This adapter includes: a rigid support board 2 having a support face 2f formed by a flat face supporting a measuring device mounting apparatus 20 and an insertion hole 2h at the center; a pair of mounting plates 3a, 3b extended from the support board 2 to 180° opposite directions, respectively and having mounting portions 3ac, 3bc on tip sides displaceable with respect to the support board 2; and a cylindrical seal member 4 formed of an elastic material Rd and having one end face 4s fixed to a back face 2r on the side opposite to the support face 2f to surround the insertion port 2h and the other end face 4t brought into pressure contact with an outer peripheral face Df of the air blowing duct D at least when fitted to the outer peripheral face Df.
