Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved device generating a few wear for tightening or loosening a drive wheel to/from a shaft using a spring element being displaceable in the axial direction and surrounding the shaft in a ring-like shape. SOLUTION: The spring element 37 is provided with a tightening face 38 cooperating with the shaft 36 directly in the radial direction and an inner ring 46 and an outer ring 47 surrounding the inner ring 46 coaxially.
