VALVE PLATE DEVICE FOR COMPRESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve plate device for a compressor which secures smooth operation of intake valve against sticking force of the intake valve due to lubricating oil, and which can be efficiently manufactured at low cost even in mass production. SOLUTION: The valve plate device for the compressor includes a delivery valve 27, an intake valve 26, and a valve plate 25 including an intake port and a delivery port. At least part of a gas filling chamber from which gas of higher pressure than intake gas pressure in an intake chamber is introduced to and filled in a part between the valve plate and the intake valve is composed at the valve plate. A communication hole 31 communicating to a surface of a valve close side of the intake valve is provided. At least part of a gas introduction route for introducing high pressure gas to the communication hole is formed on the delivery valve made of thin plate. Part of the gas introduction route formed on the delivery valve is sealed by a member provided on a surface opposing to the delivery valve. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
