Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support device 1 for a wall-mounted television which can be mounted also on a wall surface A provided with a baseboard B. SOLUTION: The upper part of a support base 2 installed upright along the wall surface A are provided with a television fixing member 8 for locking and fixing a television T installed in front of the support base 2. The support base 2 is locked and fixed to the wall surface A so as not to incline and fall from the wall surface A. The support base contacts a floor face C at their bottom, so that the load is supported. A recess 6 for accommodating the baseboard B arranged at the lower end of the wall surface A is formed on the back of the lower end of the support base 2 so as to place the support base upright along the wall surface A.
