SOLUTION: The piezoelectric ceramic 1 contains a compound represented by following general formula (1) as a main component and at least one element selected from Mn, Fe and Cu in an amount of 0.04 to 0.6% by mass based on the main component: CaxBa1-xTiO3(1) where, x satisfies 0.05≤x≤0.20.
