Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin graphite composite film which can be easily positioned when bonding on an electronic device or the like, and does not become wrinkled, bent, cracked or streaked and further hardly becomes damaged when a peelable film is peeled; and also to enable to provide a graphite processed product coated with a thin insulation tape or an adhesive tape. SOLUTION: In the graphite composite film having an insulation layer formed on a graphite film, the peelable film is bonded to the graphite composite film. Especially, a peelable film is bonded to graphite and/or the insulation layer, and further a slit is formed on the peelable film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
