The guide member 7 has a longitudinal guide part 15 almost in parallel with a spine cover 3 in such a state that the file body 5 is folded, and a crosswise guide 16 which is almost perpendicular with the longitudinal guide 15 and almost perpendicular with the back cover 4 as the file body 5 is folded.
