Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper roll device attachable in a simple installation state corresponding to the thickness of a panel. SOLUTION: The paper roll device 8 is to be attached to a panel in an embedded state. On the panel, a notch in a downward U shape opened at the lower end is formed. The paper roll device 8 includes a body frame part 14 in the downward U shape, which is to be fitted to the inner periphery of the notch and is capable of holding toilet paper, and a flange part 15 in a U shape for covering the front surface outer periphery of the notch, to abut on the front surface of the panel. The body frame part 14 is provided with abutting plates 19, 19, and 19 so as to be moved back and forth by bolts 18, and the abutting plates 19, 19, and 19 abut on the back side of the panel and fixed.
