CONNECTION CONTROL APPARATUS AND CONNECTION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection control apparatus and a connection control method in which a calling user and a called user are allowed to speak with a desired partner regardless of a communication terminal to be used for originating/terminating a call. SOLUTION: An intra-range confirmation section 34 of a subscriber profile holding device 30 determines from fingerprint authentication IDs who both a calling user originating a call using a mobile terminal 10a and a called user to respond to an incoming call using a mobile terminal 10b are. On the basis of a combination of the calling user and the called user, a connection possibility determination section 36 determines whether or not the mobile terminal 10a and the mobile terminal 10b can be connected and only in the case where the connection is allowed, connection processing is performed.
