Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device that can achieve viscosity suitable for a printing method in manufacture and has excellent emission characteristics. SOLUTION: Two kinds of particles having different grain sizes of primary particles are added to a color conversion layer that is excited by light emitted from light emitting elements and contains phosphors for emitting fluorescence as a thickening agent. The grain size of one thickening agent is less than the half of that of the other, thus improving emission efficiency and emission chromaticity by setting the amount of addition of the thickening agent to an appropriate range. For example, the ratio of the thickening agent having a large grain size to the total amount of thickening agent is set to be not less than 30 wt.% and less than 100 wt.%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
