AUTOMATIC MEASURING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic measuring system which can perform file handling including uploading and downloading of a measurement program file and a measurement execution file and the execution of measurement for a control apparatus from a monitoring apparatus. SOLUTION: The automatic measuring system for measuring a device under measurement 1 by a measuring apparatus 2 using the control apparatus 9 and the monitoring apparatuses 11-1 to 11-N. The control apparatus and the monitoring apparatuses are connected to each other in a communicable manner. The control apparatus includes a measurement program and a control means and a measuring means which perform control and measurement for each measuring apparatus and each item to be measured on the basis of the measurement program. The monitoring apparatus includes a monitoring means for monitoring the state of measurement, a starting means for starting measurement, and file handling means for performing uploading and downloading of the measurement program.
