Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque detecting device capable of preventing backlash of a holding member following thermal shrinkage without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: An undulated energization section 77b is integrally formed in a shield member 77 for shielding magnetism collectors 71-74 from an external magnetic field; and the energization section 77b is fastened to a mount section 9b of a housing 9 by a bolt 10 along with a section 7a to be fastened in the holding member 7. The section 7a to be fastened is kept being pressed against a lower surface of a head section 10a of the bolt 10 by energization force of the energization section 77b elastically deformed by the fastening.
