Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the directionality of hot air blown out of a hot air circulation unit to a chamber interior, and to obtain a hot air current expected to achieve uniform heating distribution without unevenness. SOLUTION: In this heating cooker including the hot air circulation unit 4 for heating food by hot air, the hot air circulation unit 4 includes: a first hot air casing 5 with a ventilation part 9 enabling communicative with the inside of a heating chamber 2; a hot air fan 7 provided in the first hot air casing 5; and a hot air heater 8 arranged at the periphery of the hot air fan. The heating cooker includes a second hot air casing 12 covering the first ventilation part 9 and having a second ventilation part 13 communicative with the chamber interior, and each of the ventilation parts 9, 13 is formed of a plurality of through-holes.
