Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid which ensures responsivity and endurance. SOLUTION: There is provided the solenoid 1 which moves axially a shaft 5 coupled to a plunger 4 to drive a master device. In the solenoid, a magnetic circuit is formed which guides to the plunger 4 a magnetic field generated around a coil 12 by a case 9, a base 2 and a sleeve 3 which are made up of a magnetic material. Then, a tubular pressure-proof tube 17 made up of a nonmagnetic material is interposed inside the coil 12 and the inner circumferential surface 18 of this pressure-proof tube 17 is fitted into the peripheral surfaces 25, 31 of the base 2 and sleeve 3, respectively. Thus, the base 2, the pressure-proof tube 17 and the sleeve 3 constitute a pressure container 90 for housing the plunger 4 and the shaft 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
