Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch engaging-disengaging device for restraining a temperature rise in a piston and a seal member in driving. SOLUTION: The clutch engaging-disengaging device is provided with: a cylinder part having an inner body 215 forming a through-hole receiving a clutch output shaft 202 and an outer body 216 positioned on the outer peripheral side of the inner body 215 and forming a void part between the inner body 215 and itself; and the piston 217 arranged in the void part, regulating a hydraulic chamber 222 in the void part and moving in the void part by pressure from the hydraulic chamber 222. The clutch engaging-disengaging device is provided with a communicating passage 260 for communicating an area R formed between an inner surface of the inner body 215 for regulating the through-hole, and an outer peripheral surface of the clutch output shaft 202 with an external part of the clutch engaging-disengaging device.
