Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter fitting structure capable of fitting a suction filter to a fuel pump with one operation, preventing looseness of the suction filter, and improving assembling work efficiency without increasing the number of components, and to provide a fuel supply device. SOLUTION: A fitting stay 39 for fitting the suction filter 28 to the fuel pump is provided in the peripheral surface of a suction tube of the suction filter 28, and the fitting stay 39 is formed with a through-hole 40. A stopper 29 to be engaged with the through-hole 40 is provided near a suction port of the fuel pump. The stopper 29 includes: a plurality of body parts 31 formed to be elastically deformed and passing through the through-hole 40; and a holding part 33 formed on the way in the longitudinal direction of the plurality of body parts 31 to restrict the movement of the suction filter 28 in a direction along the body parts 31.
